What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

In my opinion getting a good night sleep and peace of mind have been the rwo goals in my life since childhood. I like to go to bed early at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am

I try to finish my work and have dinner by 8 pm at the latest. After saying night prayers I go to sleep.It is said that your brain needs rest after 10 pm.

In Indian culture you should ideally wake up by 3 am in morning. It is said to be the ‘brahma muhoortha’ when nature awakens. It is also scientifically valid. The environment is quite and peaceful at that time. Its the best time to study too. But as of now I wake up at 5 am.

Having a sleep routine is the one of the best ways to maintain your mental health. It can also transform your physical health tremendously.
